Insurance Tycoon — a homeowners underwriting simulation
A browser-based simulation in which students price and underwrite a book of homeowners business against a live market. It runs solo for individual practice, or as an instructor-led multiplayer session in which a class competes on the same market.

Doctoral advising lineages in insurance and risk management, traced from dissertation chairs back to their root advisors. Expand a lineage, trace a name back to its root, or search for a person. The tree is James M. Carson’s: he built it and presented it as the “Six Degrees of Solomon Huebner” in his ARIA presidential address. This page carries on that work.
